Customer Service Representative—
Oskaloosa, Iowa
Interpower Corporationis currently seeking a team-oriented candidate to join the Customer Service Team. Our Customer Service Representatives meet the needs of customers through friendly and professional communication, accurate order entry, and timely problem-solving. The position is full-time.
The hours for this position are:
Monday–Friday
8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Candidates should possess excellent written, verbal, and listening skills that are accurate and concise; a strong desire to delight customers through individual and team contributions; ability to pay close attention to detail and have previous computer experience. Previous customer service experience in a similar position is desired.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Delights customers with service via phone or e-mail that is accurate, cheerful, professional, fast, and thorough
- Accurately prepares correspondence and documents customer transactions within various computer programs.
- Applies basic Interpower product and resources knowledge, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills to research, trouble shoot, and assist customers in finding the right Interpower product and/or service for their needs.
- Develops and maintains rapport with departmental and company-wide team members for on-going collaboration and conflict resolution.
