International Socket Strip
The International Socket Strip incorporates a number of the most common international socket standards on one device.
Testing
It can be used to test or burn-in electrical and electronic equipment that will be exported with global power cords and cord sets. The International Socket Strip allows testing of the equipment, complete with the power cord, in the same manner that the global customer will use it, but it does not change voltage or frequency.
It can be connected to a test bench or a burn-in rack that has a source of 50Hz or 60Hz to deliver power to the most commonly used international sockets. If a source of 50Hz or 60Hz is not available, this is an example of when the International Socket Strip and the International Power Source can work together.
Three Models Available
Interpower offers three models of the International Socket Strip. Two have seven international sockets which include: Australia, United Kingdom, Denmark, India/South Africa, Continental Europe, Switzerland, and Italy. The third one has these seven sockets, plus a NEMA 5-15 socket. Table-mount or rack-mount are available.
